“House cleaning was very impatient, knocked on our door twice even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, before the 11:00 check out (before 10 and again before 10:30) and was waiting outside the door when we walked out at 11:02. Left a bag there (why take your phone number?) had to drive 6 hrs round trip to get it. We felt rushed at the end of our stay.”

“The room had a very bad odor. Asked front desk if they had Lysol. Nope! They did offer me another room they keys didn't work were keyed to the original room had to go back annd forth to front desk. Desk clerk said he was new. But. He was not I found out. Finally got into a room after a little over an hour. Still had an odor but not as strong. Used dove body spray of my own to make it tolerable. So after traveling over 10 hours I finally got on my room and the tv did not work. They did not...

“The property smelled like smoke the entire time we were there. The tub would not drain at all when you got in the shower. Plugs were sparking when you plugged things in. The floor was dirty and you could not walk barefoot or with socks on inside your room without dirt getting on the bottom of your feet.”
