“Moderno e pulito con bella piscina e camera spaziosa Ottima colazione ”

“When I booked this stay I did not realize I would have to pay for parking, and that the parking lot was on levels 4 & 5 around the corner in a separate parking garage. The check-in location is a street corner with a steep, little portable aluminum ramp from the sidewalk up to hotel level. This made using the hotel's luggage carrier difficult, and the double doors are not automatic, adding to the difficulty of bringing your luggage into the hotel. The check-in person neglected to mention that...

“Nice room, decent buffet breakfast.”

“Spotless, comfortable, and super friendly staff.”

“Pretty nice rooms and good breakfast I would say overall a good value. Only complaint was a fair amount of road noise particularly sirens each night we were there.”

“Nice clean room -yummy breakfast and staff was helpful”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was pretty good, only a short drive into the downtown area without the elevated cost. We will definitely stay there again should we come to Roanoke.”

“good location to airport and mall. Free breakfast included and clean rooms”

“The staff was excellent. Carpeted rooms ( did not look the cleanest) , woke up with wicked sore throat first night using air conditioner, refrig in my room froze all my food, and I had planned to work remote- no Ethernet connection in room and WiFi was terrible ( called number in room to troubleshoot how slow it was… took them hours to get back to me… by this time I already making arrangements for a different hotel). The beds were comfortable, but I dont think I would stay here again. The front...

“Great stay,we stayed one day on our way to stay at our main vacation point. This was a great stopover, for rest and relaxation . The room was clean , the staff was nice and professional. Overall the property was a great safe place for my wife and I to stay the night. We enjoyed the stay so much , we booked another 1 night stay on our return home over a week later and still the same testimony. Clean, professional staff, and a safe place to stay the night and refresh for the return home. 2 thumbs...

“So, we booked this for a football game, which is probably relevant. It seemed like the room we were in, and maybe the whole section, was not regularly used. For some reason, it took like 5-10 minutes to get hot water to any of the faucets. Not just once, but every time. There were spiderwebs behind the bathroom door. One bolt on the toilet seat was broken, so the seat would spin around. The shower head had about half the nozzles clogged, so it was hard to rinse off. The room had minimal...

“I stay at Hampton Inns a lot. I was very disappointed with this one. Breakfast was not good either morning (2 night stay) and to top it off, they had no regular cream for coffee this morning. That’s poor planning and not caring. Also, shower head was pointed towards the back wall and could not be adjusted away. You had to lean into the wall to get the water. Probably something you can deal with but the grab bar was right where the water came down. I know why they did it so that water would not...
